Circlip Type

Composition: Male Connector, Female Connector, O-ring, Circlip, Pipe Body, Fixed Bolt. As seen from the drawing, Circlip is to bear the shear force generated by the joint under the working state and ensure the reliable connection between the internal and external joints. It is the most critical part of the quick Joint, and the difficulty of design and processing.
Disassembly: When the quick Joint is disassembled, by utilizing the top thread on the Joint to stretch the Circlip outward, so that the OD is immersed in the groove of the Box, and the ID is separated from the groove of the Pin, which makes the Joint be taken off.
Easy Installation at Sea: Quick Joint is inserting and automatically locking, mainly relying on the elastic action of the Circlip, to realize the rapid installation and disassembly when lifting and lowering the pipe, omitting the tightening equipment. Threaded Connection

The advantage of multi-thread is that it is fast to make up, and the linear advance per rotation is several times that of an ordinary thread, which greatly reduces the offshore installation time and improves the drilling and production efficiency of the platform.
Advantages of threaded joint: Good Sealing: because of the use of thread seal and seal ring seal, thread type water riser can achieve a good waterproof effect.
Good rigidity of connection: the threaded connection improves the stiffness of the whole riser, which is suitable for deeper sea area.
